Hey, it's gorgeous, but here's a thing. They've run that Romex within an inch of the drywall backing; that is, when the drywall goes up on that ceiling, it will basically be sitting right on top of the wire.
By not drilling holes and running the wire in a space where it can't get tagged by someone penetrating that drywall blind (with a hole saw, screw, whatever), they've left a HUGE booby trap for anyone working after the drywall goes up.

Inspectors would shoot that right down in my area because of the bundled cables and concerns about heat dissipation.

I hate how they twisted the wires in the box. I dont envy the guys who has to open it up.

Gotta derate if you're bundling all those wires

Stapled within a foot of the box. No more than 18" of wire if you loop it. Also, those wires are extremely overkill on the twisting.

Ok I'm an licensed electrician. He did awesome. He bent offsets in the

Bundling that shit up is horrible for heat dissapation. What the hell are those joints?!

Your very first statement is incorrect. For that type of box that has cable clamps, 334.30 says secure cable within 12” of the box and within a maximum 18” of cable (if you want a service loop).

I love it when people take pride in their work. But to take those wires apart is going to be a pain in the neck. On top of that, why would you run nm that low? If someone in the future decides to cut the drywall to add a light, good luck not cutting the wires.

Ten twists to tear it apart if you half to troubleshoot it!

That wiring in that box is just stupid.

that has to be an engineer's work. nobody else would get it so precisely and cleanly wrong. if I got told to take over that job, first thing I'd do is cut off the zip ties and give the wire some breathing room, then I'd cut off that death twist, and yank the repair loop into the box, so I could make it up in such a way it could be serviced if anything ever went wrong.

Guy does beautiful work but he probably has to stop work every day for Judge Wopner at 4 o’clock. He’s also good at counting cards and only buys his underwear from Kmart in Cincinnati.

I personally don’t like the way those wires are twisted in the box , I was taught to only twist the copper and never the insulation, now if you want to disconnect one wire look at the headache you’ll have, or the next Electrician that comes after you,

Electrons don't care how pretty the wires are.
Fact.

Nice labels and clean install, but those joints being braided like that is absolutely atrocious and is indicative of using a damn impact drive to twist the conductors together, which is absolutely garbage

that only increases the risk that somebody will drill through it and take out five wires at once in the future.

First problem I see is the bundling factor for 4 or more conductors for 24 inches or more, second is the wire in the ceiling needs 1 1/4 inches from the stud surface. Pretty otherwise.
