I drink Japan green tea on till today and it help me a lot. Like COVID 19, sickness and running noses. Just drank it morning and when your felling sick. Thank to the green tea.

Thanks for the wealth of information! I feel it's worth noting that a loose green tea can be better for you. Some tea bags use lower quality tea, and/or the tea bag may contain plastics that end up in your cup.

I've been using green tea for only a few years. Major improvements. Even just topically it's safer than insane extremes almost always setting you up for secondary symptoms. People refuse to comprehend. I'm exhausted with negative response and people staging risks and negative results. Thanks bunches.

I tested this for about three months ( two weeks on two weeks off )
FOR ME I proved that taking green tea takes away my allergies: eggs, milk, peanuts, dogs, cats, birds ....

I'm wondering how high the dosages were to induce the harmful effects. Even too much water will give you toxemia. I feel incredible taking the EGCG extract. I like tea but cant drink a gallon every day. Great video JJ!

I've been drinking iced green tea for about a week, only a little sugar. I can feel the difference, I feel more energetic and felt like it cleanse my bowels. Probably lost a little weight too. I cut off caffeine, it gives me heavy anxiety. It's the way to go.

I've been drinking 3 quarts of iced green tea a day for a few years. I cold brew it in the refrigerator, never with hot water. Cold brewing doubles the catechins and halves the tannins and caffeine.

I buy dried green tea leaves and then put them through a grinder turning the leaves into a powder. I use one tablespoon in a 500ml mug of hot water every day, usually in the morning.

more on the risks pls. i was having gi problems for well over a year; my GI doc couldnt find anything except for slight redness in my stomach. I eventually liked the upper left stomach pain to green tea extract after purchasing a vitamin water that had water and green tea extract only as the ingredients. It was a liter bottle and I was thirsty; immediately had heart burn after a gulp. Ive since learned that my energy drinks, which i was having usually one to two a day, had caffeine from a tea and some also had green tea extracts. I switch to coffee based energy drinks and my stomach pains were gone and other symptoms lessened. I have to stress more harm than good maybe happening with green tea extracts and supplements. I know of one other person who was drinking the same energy drinks and also had GI problems like mine. Reporting this to my GI Doc, he didnt know of this / never heard of anything like this; simply called my issue idiopathic.

So to be clear, you found that none of these risks you have mentioned (spare the aluminum) would be caused by drinking normal amounts of green tea (i.e. ~3 or fewer / day)?
