I just noticed that Morty is covering the message on the shirt with, so she won't see it. It really reminds me, that Morty is just like Rick. He likes the shirt just as much as he does. He's ok with the adventures, even after everything that's happened. He's socially aware enough to cover it, but not as smart as Rick. Because if you notice, Rick didn't wear his out of the store.
