As to my presentation, I can only apologise. As I recall I had been forced to sleep in my car the night before due to a road block set up by French farmers, so wasn’t feeling great. Also, although I did used to tread the boards in my youth, it is the most devastating moment in a mans life, when he quite reasonably says to himself, "I shall never play The Dane!" It is at that moment that all ambition ceases to exist.

Well, the weight benefit is twofold: all that heavy chain is close to the middle of the boat and it's low down - the chain locker is below the waterline, so actually enhances the boat's stability - remember, she has a lifting keel, so ballast is important.
That chain locker is accessible from inside the boat, which is reassuring.
We reckoned other benefits included a safer working position for anchor manoeuvres - good not to be hanging over the bow when you're singlehanding. although you'll still have to venture to the bow to set a snubber or to secure the anchor itself.
Disadvantages of this system include the noise of the chain as it clanks through the hull of the boat. And with that chain conduit built in, there's the chance of hard-to-reach blockage.

Wow, interesting boat. I wish you had further explained the rationale behind having an anchor locker immediately forward of the mast. I haven't seen that before. Besides balancing the weight of heavy chain, what would be the primary advantages?

The interior made with cheap materials. In one of the blogs I read a owner was complaining, all the metals and materials are flimsy and breaks frequently. I mean at the beginning around 2015/16 the price was 257k, it was Ok. But now a days, it’s prized at 6 to 700k..as much as a Garcia or Hallberg Rassy, then one starts to compare... Garcia explorer quality is much better.

Apologies... But this is more of an endorsement than a review. There isn't enough video or specific data for this to be an actual review. Nothing wrong with a short endorsement. It's just that I was really hoping for an actual review. It seems like you don't really have time for this. It's more like you were compelled to poop out a "review". Inexpert audio and scene transitions are entirely forgivable because this is YouTube, and very few of us begin with professional video producer chops, but when your attention is not on what you're talking about, it comes across that maybe, just maybe you don't _really_ endorse this product. You were there in body, but not in spirit. If stuff is going on in your life that needs to be addressed, why the heck are you making a video about something you're not wanting to make a video about? I hope you get it figured out. Stay safe.
