Lower engine mount broken.
If you hear a loud bang when changing gears, your lower engine mount is likely to be broken, as was mine.
Replacement is relatively easy - remove the plastic underbody cover.
Clean the bolt threads with a wire brush as best you can.
Spray the bolts with WD40 or similar and let them soak for an hour or so.
Get a big wrench or socket with a bar to break the bolts loose.
Or very carefully use an air hammer to shake the bolts loose.
You definitely do not want to break these bolts.
