4:50. there goes the gearbox oil. 8:20 70 NM torque setting? That bolt won't witstand the factory 62nm setting. That's a common sense tightening screw. Bolt threads will be shaved of at 70NM. Also he used 90 NM for the other 2 arm bolts. The manual says 70 NM. The factory setting for the 2 big bolts under the radiator frame is 105NM not 70NM. You tighten the ball joint screw to 70 wich is thiner. 10:03 this how they ruin the protective under the engine plate nuts. Buddy those screws are to be tighten to 21 NM. That pneumatic pistol shaves the frame nuts threads. Same thing to the side plates same torque stiing yet he used the same pistol. Short say. The video doesn't match the reality. 4:17...you got to be kiding. years will pass untill you take out that screw with that pin punch hamering thing and craw bar on some cars that rust welded them together. This also happens with the shock absorber botom. I remember 1 time I broke the screw head trying to slaken and undo the screw. On many cars it will be so rusted that will take hours with diferent technics to take the screw and the ball joint out. And admitedly Renault are cunts when it comes to designing mechanics. Half the car dismantled just for a part to take out like the suspension arm.On my 1.9 dci front bumper removed, otherwise the radiator underneath frame wouldnt slide of because of a bigger engine. This one is 1.5 dci I think. They were made so you take a visit to the garage quite often. Look at hat rear arm bush. The way it works you can tell it won't last long. They couldn't use the same bush as the front type bush . The only thing good about it is that the arm is single layer and you can easily replace the bushes and ball joint individualy.

Top video mate,
May i ask at 5:30 he has the front left K frame split into two, the video doesnt show much reason as to why that part is split in the middle, can you elaborate more on this, it seems a missing piece to me, thanks in advance .

Hi, can you please tell me what is the name of the part, the steel plate he is taking off at 02:20 ? I replaced the ball joint arms on my Megane two, and the part I am talking about was rusted to the point where it had no structural integrity and I don't know the name of it to order a new one.
