I've been training calisthenics for years, jump-throughs and L-sits are one of the things that hold people back, they are an essential position to master. So many skills build from that hip flexor and core strength.

Great exercise. I haven't been doing many of these types of exercises, I mainly sticked to the basics, dips, pushpups variations, rows and pullups. It's about time I start trainning the other calisthenic skills . I have to try this 💪
