Great video, thank you! Every time I need to buy shoes incl trainers (which I avoid like plague and have the old ones mended forever) I want to cry.... I couldn't find a TRAILER RUNNING SHOE in London, was forced to buy Salomon's for men (wider), but they still have me 2 x black big toe nails...any recommendations for trailers please? I am very foot aware and do lots of work with them Thanks

Thanks for this informative video ..
I have watched many people on youtube keep telling their followers not to use flexible shoes such as Skhechers. What is your opinion on this point?

thanks for the information! just wondering if the same principals apply to hiking shoes where you would walk long distances with a heavy backpack over several days ? :)

These flat minimalist shoes seem like they would severely limit one's ability to run in urban areas without pain and foot damage. I'm open to being persuaded, but without any evidence provided, this just comes off as naturalistic fallacy. The human foot did not evolve to run around on asphalt. It evolved to swing around in trees. Appeals to a perfect natural human foot are just silly.

With constant intense pain in both feet, I can't wear this type shoe. And walking barefoot is even more painful. So now what?
