Today's video is my TOP 5 products for MILIA. How to get rid of milia and keep milia from coming back. #skincare #dermatologist
Note: These products should not be used on your eyelids. I should have clarified that in this video. These ingredients are too irritating for the eyelids. They are meant to be used for milia on the cheeks, chin, and nose.

Hey guys! I meant to clarify that these products should not be used on the eyelids. The ingredients can be very irritating to your eyelids. They are meant for milia on the cheeks, chin, and nose. For milia on the eyelids, see your derm for removal.

I remove my milia myself! I only do it with the ones that are looking big. I do it with a needle and pop the fine layer on top, then I squeeze gently. I don't get scars :)

Dr. Dray, I wanted to THANK YOU for recommending Paula’s Choice Exfoliate to get rid of milia. I’ve had these stupid bumps for YEARS and tried lots of different products. After seeing this video, I bought Paula’s Choice Exfoliate. I’ve only been using it 2x per day for 3 days and I can already see a very visible difference!!! Holy smokes. THANK YOU!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Dr Dray I would like to thank you for the information you presented. I have had milia for years and Paula’s Choice Exfoliate has made a significant improvement in the milia on my forehead and sides of my upper cheekbones! In just 2 weeks it is eliminating these stubborn bumps. So happy!!

I finally know what kind of bumps are in my nose. I struggle for YEARS—bought so many products but I couldn't get rid of it. I thought it was fungal acne. No wonder i couldn't remove them.

Pixi 10% Glycolic Acid Over Night Glow Serum has really helped me get rid of some milia. It’s way to strong for me to use as a serum all over, but has really been an effective spot treAtment for speeding up the natural process of sloughing off the milia.

I watched this video, washed my face and used The Ordinary Salacylic Acid 2% Masque. I left it on for about 20 minutes, rinsed it off and voila! Milia are so much better.

I feel like my milia has been underneath my eyes since I started to care about my skin. They really don't seem to go away on their own.

I often wondered what these were, but ever since I have been following your recommendations for skin care they have disappeared! I am rosacea prone Fitzpatrick type I, so I’m a every other day retinol type. Thank you again for sharing your vast knowledge, you’ve saved all our skins from needless weathering and wear and tear.

I developed milia after a C02 laser procedure. The milia on my cheeks were not in a place where they could be removed because they are too deep in the skin. It’s been a battle to get rid of them but all of your suggestions over time have helped me develop a game plan. Thanks for this inclusive list. I’m already using several of the products you mentioned (Exuviance Peel, PC BHA, tretinoin, azelaic acid) and will add others over time as needed.

I have literally had these bumps since I was a small child. And no one has ever said anything to me about it. I went to a dermatologist and she said it’s hereditary? And said there’s no way to treat it. But literally some times the bumps will come out on their own and almost be like hard little balls almost the size of a grain of sand…
