I remove my milia myself! I only do it with the ones that are looking big. I do it with a needle and pop the fine layer on top, then I squeeze gently. I don't get scars :)

I developed milia after a C02 laser procedure. The milia on my cheeks were not in a place where they could be removed because they are too deep in the skin. It’s been a battle to get rid of them but all of your suggestions over time have helped me develop a game plan. Thanks for this inclusive list.
