This video came up in my feed and I just had to watch it. Beautiful arrangement with great tips for us novice arrangers. I can see this being John's show concept--John and Friends--where he does his thing in the kitchen, alone and with others, like his mom, and then also introduces us to his friends who share their talents with us like interior decorating, organizing, gardening or something else. This way he doesn't have to carry the whole load and we get all kinds of tips to improve and uplift our lives. Love your videos John!

If you rinse the pumpkin with a product called "Fruit Fresh" or diluted lemon juice the pumpkin will last a bit longer. Also if you want to create a companion arrangement for a sideboard then you can cut the gourd on the ends and set it on a plate and make the vine a feature of the container. Also use a taller glass vase but maintain the color pallet by using the same type of gourds for the table and the sideboard for continuity.
