i normally love the khmer dipping sauce for khmer spring rolls, but whenever i go to a viet shop at work, i MUST get the peanut sauce for the viet spring rolls. they go together SO well!. since i live in japan now, i can’t get the vietnamese ones anymore so thanks for sharing the recipe!

☝🏻TIP: use warm water. It's also easier if u add a little at a time.

Didn’t know this was a thing, I ordered pho and spring rolls off of doordash and it came with a sauce. When I smelled it, it smelled like peanut butter 😂 so I came to YouTube for the answer. It’s delicious!!
