Cerave is a good moisturizer try adding a serum into your skin routine to avoid stripping of the skin barrier this will bring back moisture that way it doesn’t feel like your moisturizer isn’t working. Cetaphil is also a good one and LaRoche-Posay. Stay away from heavy moisturizers as that clogs pores and stay away from moisturizers with fragrances it will irritate the skin.

Try the ponds dry skin moisturizer. I have oily/combo skin but it’ still works for me. But they do also have a normal skin one.
