I think Toast already had me at "FCF positive", but, digging in a little more, the stickiness is what I love. It's one thing if Toast is just doing POS payment processing. But, they also run loyalty programs, email marketing, inventory, even back office and payroll--all of it tailor-made for restaurants. Once a customer has fully adopted Toast, it would be virtually impossible to switch. To be fair, Square offers a similar suite of solutions targeted at restaurants. Restaurant space is huge, though, and will support multiple vendors.

I will say I like TOST a lot more at $53 than when they were $65 shortly after IPO. Sometimes pays to wait. It'll be fun to watch this one develop. I also like OLO as another FCF-positive investment in this space.
