This week our dumpster diving was in the freezing Texas sleet. Dumpsters were pretty dangerous to dive in due to being iced over. We managed to find some good stuff in a few dumpsters that normally get over picked by other divers. Misses Hopper really wanted to go diving. We were careful but didn’t go to all our spots due to roads being closed due to ice.

We are a Married couple who have been salvaging, restoring, saving food, electronics, toys, furniture and anything that is able to be saved from dumpsters before filling landfills. People dump so much good into landfills it's just crazy. We go out and check random dumpsters at random times to see what we can save, reuse, recycle and share. We also like to do bulky item pickup saves. We have been doing this for several years together and decided to post our passion on YouTube.

To keep your windows clear of ice, mix Dawn dish soap half isopropyl alcohol and hot water then spray on your windows. This solution can also be used after shoveling snow too.

Glad you guys stayed safe and made there and home I'm in Arkansas and a few days ago we had 2 nights and a day of sleet with snow and it was in the teens and now it's in the 40s and 50s with rain and it's showing rain for a week and the temperature being in the 40s to 60s during the day and 40s to 50s at night here so it's slowly warming back up here so please be safe while you guys go out and stay warm and I'll see you in your next video

To get that sticky stuff off anything, spray it with pledge and let sit for an hour and it will roll off.

We just came out of an Arctic Vortex. Highs were -30 Celsius, lows with windchills down to -60 Celsius ! Needless to say Albertans were doing squat ! And on top of that we had tons of snow.
But I commend you for going out there in your frozen “ Arctic “🥶.
