Transforming Storage Shelf / Workbench - Small Space Organization

Have storage issues? Let's fix that! This heavy-duty mobile transforming shelf can hold sixteen 18Q storage boxes, your larger "awkward" tools, or can be moved to where you need it and be used as a workbench/table! And the best part... as a shelf, it only takes up 2' x 3' of space.

I originally built this as a mobile workstation for your heaviest tools... but then realized that it can be used for so much more!

*IMPORTANT: All building material has different weight limits. Make sure to test your shelves and structure before loading it.
Check all lock nuts after each use to make sure none have loosened.
Place the heaviest item on the second shelf from the bottom and lighter items on the top two shelves to keep it from tipping.
The moving parts can cause injury to fingers and arms if not used correctly. Do not stand or climb on shelves.*

Brilliant!
Just one thing I should add, is, if you can put the struts in the other way up, so the seal stays lubricated and they hold their gas ‘charge’ longer. Just a tip I pick up from a dude who recharges gas struts for living.

My only negative is that if you fully load each shelf, you don't have a table when you lower it down. You still have neatly organized equipment that's easy to reach for shorter people like me! You can move everything off the shelves, use the table, and put it all back on, but I'm mentally problem solving a locking lazy susan style rotating shelf and stackable table/shelf so you can just leave everything on its shelf and move the table to whichever one you're using. Definitely a new subscriber. I've seen a few I really liked, but this one bumped it over. Thanks for sharing this!

I made it to 1:06 before I paused and ordered the plans - as an M.E. I could have figured this out fairly quickly, but someone this creative deserves to be paid.
