1:20 the first run is actually a common set seed Speedrun, the item frame means he obviously tinkered with it, but this seed is used in set seed runs.
I obviously don't know what he was saying it was or the backstory behind it but it's over exaggerated how fake it was by the original YouTuber, the only thing is the item frame.

And the creative part which makes me thing it's a joke.

In the speedrun at 5:33 with the acacia village, the first house he found diamonds in also had a filled-in floor. Real versions of those houses have a block missing behind the door. That could just be on bedrock, I don't know, but it looks pretty sus.
