These speedruners are the type of people to find diamonds in a shulker box that was right next to thier spawn, then they get sticks by killing a creeper using a blaze rod then they will likely find a nether fortress underwater, they go to the fortress and light the end portal to go into the nether, once in the nether they defeat godzilla to start the game.

at the start youd we normally spawn at 0, 0 but he spawned 1800 blocks away from spawn which cleary shows he located a village with commands
