The prophecies of the day of the lord in Joel are the same ones in Zech 14. Both were about the book of Maccabees. Joel uses the term "near", and "close at hand" where as Zech 14 does not. So Joel was written closer to the events (167-134 BC) than Zechariah (515 BC)
