Kids having to wear school uniforms is not fair. Students shouldn’t have to wear school uniforms because it doesn’t allow individuality, uniforms are very expensive and because it takes away a kids freedom of expression.

School is a place where students from different backgrounds (Rich, poor, religion, color, ethnicity etc) learn. So uniform unify them. And individuality should be expressed through results, arts, sports and various other extra curricular activities not through casual dresses and hairstyles.

Our school had very strict protocols
Short hair or no hair, no super long hair ponytails or anything
School uniform must be wore in online class, you need to stand up to show if your wearing the full uniform
Work must be submitted after classes
No talking
No chatting
No bringing junk food
No phones, if it seen in your bag, kicked out
School bags
No watches, religions stuff or wrist bands.
No toys or anything for your birthday
Study only
No homework, then you get punished standing outside school and get beaten in the palm with a meta scale
500 lines punishments of written i won't do the same mistake ever again, if you don't write then 1000 times you need write after school

Without uniform rich kids will wear branded and nice clothes everyday different ...and poor kids will wear a same cheap cloth full year which will hurt their insult them ...but if you have uniform everybody will look same and nobody gets offended....

This is another reason why I believe there shouldn't be any school uniforms in Africa, cause that's what we see a lot in schools of Africa, that they all have school units forms, personally, I don't believe it, but if majority of schools in Africa have school uniforms I. Don't think that they should happen one, why waste all your money on clothing for kids? Just so they they can all look the same, And for another thing, even though a lot of people can be obsessed with fashion, me as a Zimbabwean myself. I'm living in Canada, I love fashion, but not to the point where I'm going to let it override my school work, of course, I don't let my school work override my fashion taste, but the point is, Just let kids wear whatever they like, Within school appropriateness, and then there's nothing wrong.

It simply teaches discipline in years that are very important for formation regardles of what you are taught at home and if you see something wrong with that then why not leat people dress like they please at the office or at the work place?

I grew up in the Caribbean all schools both private and public use uniforms. Uniforms are actually cheap, u can buy from a 99 cent store if u want. As long as they're the right color plus it's more conducive to a learning environment . This video is trash and a lie...
