Tennis Serve: Simple Serve Tip to go BETTER & get POWER!
Показать описание
Jeff Salzenstein, Former top 100 ATP Player and USTA High-Performance Coach, reveals a simple secret tip to serve bigger and better. He also shares a common serve mistake made by players all over the world, and how to fix it right away.
Jeff breaks down the myth of the straight arm, which many players make while trying to copy the pros. They initiate the serve motion with the arms, instead of using the shoulders to turn. Therefore, they fall into the down together, up together trap, which disrupts rhythm, tempo, and timing on their serve .
You can avoid this mistake by simply bending your knees and elbow at the same time. This will allow you to sync up the lower and upper body. That is the secret sauce to develop consistency, accuracy, and power on your serve.
