Garlic: amount is up to you
Oil: enough to cover garlic so it's submerged
Cook at 200-degree F for 3 hours

Compound Butter:
4 blocks of unsalted butter
2 tablespoons of the garlic confit
2 tablespoons minced tyme
2 tablespoons garlic confit oil
Salt to taste
