Yes you can. I challenge any so called believer in OSAS to argue otherwise. The fact the passage brings up the Book of Life shows OSAS is false. as Christ himself can blot names out.

He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life; but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels. ... two notes, You must overcome, He must not blot your name out. Both of these show you can lose your salvation, 1) you might not overcome, 2) he might Blot your name out. ... this is not hard, OSAS is a lie.
