Mothra Cocoons Scene (with unused choir version of Mothra's Song) - Godzilla KOTM

Credits to Landry Miller for providing a no BGM version of this scene. Since the official recording of an unused choir version of "Mothra's Song" for King of the Monsters surfaced online, I thought I'd edit the waterfall scene with that version.

i like how they incorporated twins with mothra for this reboot. they may not be shobijin, but the fact that they're a generation of twins was a huge nod for toho studio's original storyline

The fact that the choir lyrics uses Indonesian as the base language which also corresponds to the original Infant Island location makes it more beautiful

I remember my first Godzilla movie was one with Godzilla and Mothra. The fairy twins chanting for mothra quickly made her my favorite. When I was theater, I took my friends with me and when mothra theme started to play, we couldn’t help but sing the choir.

Mothra's song comes from Indonesian language but uses a Japanese accent, the original lyrics are like this:

Pissed that they didn't use this in the movie I mean they could have used this when she was going to die when she's crawling on Godzilla's back as if the gods were singing to her because it was a worthy sacrifice
