I truly admire Anthony and his awareness; he reminds me a lot of my brother and his love for computers. My brother also struggled with weight and decided too consciously make changes. He has since managed to lose over 150lb simply by juicing fruits and vegetables while making healthier eating choices. I'd love to see more Anthony videos!
