I did this yesterday since I had a groin pain after a bad leg workout day. Instantly, I felt 50% relieved. And TODAY I WOKE UP LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED TO MY GROIN. Thank you very much for this. I have been a fan of your videos since last year. I think I can go back to my workout routine.

I have had desk jobs for many years and as a result my groin muscles are very tight. I tried all of these exercises and found every one provided some relief…I like them all!! I also love your video for stretching my hips. Thanks so much for making these short, easy to follow videos. I pulled my right groin muscle 2 months ago, and it only hurts when I try to do the butterfly stretch. I followed these workouts tonight and could actually do the butterfly stretch without pain! Still can’t bend forward in the stretch, but it’s so much more range than I’ve had since the injury started. Thank you!

I just found your channel, and I haven't tried these yet. I am 71 years old and have chronic pain in the adductor/groin area of one side that I have had for about a year. Don't ask me why I waited this long to address it! 🙄 But I'm tired of having to lift my leg into the car. So I pray that these stretches help!

I started out with sciata, had physical therapy, but now my hip groin and upper leg hurt all day and it is all stiff ...if i stand all day i can t even lift my leg excercises help so much to relieve pain and tension.

I can’t thank you enough if I could hug you I would I’ve been suffering with groin pain for 6 weeks my does of prescription is pt 3 x injections ice/ hot packs & nothing I came across your video and the beginning where you indicated a stretch, my groin pain completely went away 😭 thank you 🙏🏻

Love love love these!! Just 1 thing, on the 1st one where you have to grab your leg behind your knee, tell people that if they can't reach, for whatever reason, you can use a towel to help get your leg up like that. ❤❤ thank you for these stretches. Easy to do at home & really work!!
