Great recipe! But, I must have over baked even though your recipe calls for baking time to be between 25 to 30 minutes - I baked for 30 minutes. My daughter said that the Ube part is dry.

Hello po ask ko lang po kung both side(up and down )po ung mode of heat nya? Kasi po tinry ko kaso sunog sa taas.. hehe salamat po sa sasagot...

I did this recipe and its not lasang ube, slight lng. I used ube halaya and bakersfield ube extract. Im not sure if gnon tlaga ung taste. I lrefer kasi maglasang ube talaga. Ia it fine if i use 2tbsp of ube extract?
