If you are juicing high oxalate vegetables and / or fruits over a period of time. There is a very good chance you will develop kidney stones or oxalate crystals in your tissues. It can get to the point of kidney failure if your juicing spinach daily. I know this because I'm now dealing with twevle kidney stones from eating / juicing high oxalate vegetables, nuts, and fruits. Taking calcium can somewhat help you, but if you continue to have a high intake of oxalates, you will end up having oxalates being deposited in your body that can cause you some serious problems. You forget to mention a staggeringly important fact. Spinach is riddled with oxalates, especially when you go and turn them in to a smoothie.
