I’m not American, what was the problem with his hair? I don’t understand why he can’t wear it how he wants.

How does his hairstyle affect his learning and the other students? For a country that calls themselves the *Land of the Free* they sure have a lot of Draconian rules. They left the British Empire but kept all their discriminatory laws against people of colour.

As a Texan. This kind of racial discrimination is common. Most Mexicans I know was harassed by staff until they dropped out. I had long hair but they never messed with me because of who my family are. Which is absolutely disgraceful

For those non-americans...its Texas. Thats the answer to this nonsense.
There are states in this country that have gone insane in their political and cultural ideations.

This short fails to mention that the crown act prevents forcing anyone to change their hair at school or work if its a cultural style...

What would happen if he said, "I identify as a man of Dreadlock.?" Would the judge change his verdict? 😳

That’s why they have rules in society. Get with the program.

There are many wonderful Texans. The leaders of that state, however, have turned that state into a nightmare for many of its residents. Such a shame, too.

We are indulging away too many groups to think life is easier. My son, you go to school with the hair by rules of that school.
College is a place for learning for a fashion contest. Also, the family was late to direct the complaints to the judge. End of!!! By the way, i am black, too, and we are hurting a whole generation.

( i am with this school all the way)

A supreme court case on this could have ripple of effects on the freedom of religion and expression.

This judge is fair in his judgement and the principal needa a raise. And for the student cut your hair resemble like a student and not a mafia or a gang.

Hair dressing rules like these are stupid to begin with. Red flag if any school has them.
