How To Write A SONG IN A DAY (With Ardour, the free and open source DAW)

In this video, I will show you how I wrote a song in one day using Ardour, the free and open source digital audio workstation. This DAW is better than FL Studio, Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Pro Tools, Cubase, Bitwig, and all the other DAWs that rip you off with their lack of features. Additionally, I also use Musescore to write my ideas down before putting them on Ardour. Once the notes are down, I synthesise the sounds and use the samples I need and then I record my vocals. Once that is done, I mix and master my song, create my digital cover artwork, and then release it.

Music:

Arkforest - Outer Space Dance (Instrumental)

As you may already know, at time of writing, Musescore 4 is supposed to be able to host plugins. So close to a DAW. There may already be 4 alpha or nightly builds of it to test.

Linux is da best. Great to see more Linux users making videos for stuff that isn't necessarily Linux! :D

Can you elaborate on the audio watermarking? I don't think it has any effect on the download of an audio file.

"all the other DAWs that rip you off"
I feel like FL Studio (and perhaps Logic?) are pretty decent since they _at least_ give you free updates. The cost of updating alone turned me off of the other DAWs I was interested in. That said, I feel like Reaper is one of those DAWs with a substantial following that _doesn't_ try to rip you off. I'm a new Linux user and although Reaper runs on Linux officially, I'm definitely gonna give Ardour a whirl.

Ardour said to me: your pc can't handle me. It said me your device configuration not support.
