I find it interesting how this week I haven't even focused on like, doing something before going into uni on they I have lectures. like I know its 9 am and that a stretch for people, but I have to find my personal meaning in waking up at 7 am that matters to ME because thats what mornings are about so I can find ways to actually guide myself through the week because its critical to feel you've got your life together. and then go in for ten minutes of enhitment beforehand with a ritual. its those little things like cleaning my thermos cup-when those things get left behind sometimes its a bit demeaning when you've tried so hard and for some reason still its a bad morning. but getting through that last part requires faith because a lot of uni Mashallah is not letting any obstacle stand in your way -not as a young person but as a general rule for life - so thatjust one xtra step needing to be took but it wil take time to regulate that into my life if I start now. im also gonna try everyyady to ask myslef what ive used from the world today like taekwawy food/drinks, how they helped etc because creationg an atmosphere of ease Is okay so long as you can ackneoldge it and work from it In terms of other thoughts. try make every day a good day though
