Not everything we call chocolate is real chocolate. The real one should contain at least 35% cocoa solid and about 18% cocoa butter. White chocolate is not even related to real chocolate. While compound chocolate has cocoa particles, white chocolate has zero. And these aren't the only secrets the food industry is hiding from you.

there are some world renowned candy makers in the Boston MA area I.E. Phillips Candy House which the original location opened 98 years ago and the 2nd location in Dorchester opened 70 years ago the funny thing with the placement of the Dorchester Location is it's right across the street from a school the Richard J Murphy which used to be an elementary school now is a K-8 school
