while using the pen tool which one should be selected in the sequence?

What if camera is moving? Or what if I want to do that but on a spherical surface like a ball? How do I curve the text to blend it?

Need help! Once I hold alt and copy the selected clip I have the text on, the text disappears, from that point on no matter what I text in the text box it’s invisible
