Consistency is key! Splitting your work throughout the day with rest in between also helps in fighting off procrastination. Amazing tips, man!

That’s why I split my calendar into can-dos and must do’s. No need to do weekly planning this way. Just planning tomorrow today, that’s it

Have you done a video on how you set up your workstation? Your desk, computer and environment look tranquil yet invigorating.

Here's a simple question to ask before jumping into "all the work" we have to do: what will happen if I don't do this?

The paramedic analogy is spot on. keeping mindful of core tasks can revolutionize your day.

I recently finished the time/life mastery. Even as a ‘seasoned’ work-life veteran it helps to take the time to assess and make sure the fundamentals are being addressed.

I like the mood lights in your office set up in the video. Is that your actual environment or was that created for the video?

I’ve tried two different types of days: one where I have a few more tasks than I may be able to handle, giving me some ‘reach’ to achieve a bit more that day ( with the risk of feeling short info don’t complete all).
Another day I space out my time and finish my tasks with relative ease, but having a feeling of accomplishment. There are advantages to both. thoughts ?

Carl — When you have Exercise 17:00-18:00, then Dinner at 18:00. Is time for shower built in, in the exercise slot? What about getting from the gym to the home etc? I'm asking because I've notice when I don't plan realistically for transportation, switching tasks etc my schedule usually breaks. I live 10 min from my gym, so that's 20 min round trip, plus 20 min shower and get dressed afterwards. So if I plan on working out 60 min, the time I use is actually 100 min.

Hi Carl. What’s the orange portable charger you have in this video? I’ve seen a few YouTubers with it.

☝️ This... I see people doing this all the time (even myself occasionally)
