False! The heads and tails did not go against the driver. She won the coin toss as it landed on tails but then the cops decided this isn't a game and did there job and arrested the criminal. Then the prosecutors did what they do best: act with public opinion in mind instead of justice (in other words, they dropped the charges although the girl was speeding and endangering the public in the process).
