Accused killer Sarah Boone wins first motion representing self in court hearing: 'I don't know what

Sarah Boone, the Florida woman charged with second-degree murder in the death of her boyfriend inside their Winter Park home, was granted her first motion after she was ordered to represent herself at her upcoming trial. Boone requested thats she not be shackled during future hearings and trial.

I’m no fan of SB, but hands-free is what happened for Darrell Brooks too, he was ankle-shackled to his council table rather than hand-cuffed while in court so seems fair for SB to be processed in the same way.

I'm guessing the reason the judge is being so accommodating is because she won't be able to say she was treated unfairly. Which is total BS because she is a killer. This is ridiculous. Get it over with.

She honestly doesnt understand that since court proceedings and jail activities are funded by public tax monies, it's public information, and press has instant access if they want. She's so self-centered, nothing matters but her thoughts.

You can tell this judge is looking forward to this case being over and sentencing her the max number of years. I hope she is enjoying this now, it will be a long time for an appeal, because you know that is next.
