Judge Rules Sarah Boone Must Represent Herself

A judge ruled that #SarahBoone has forfeited her right to counsel after eight attorneys have withdrawn from her case. Boone will now represent herself at trial where she's accused of zipping up her boyfriend in a suitcase, leaving him to die.

The judge did NOT rule that Boone “must defend herself” — only that she has forfeited the right to free court-appointed counsel, and must provide her own defense.
