Actually Jaspreet, isn't too far off base because all "Real Estate" is, is a very specific business niche in a larger M&A umbrella.

While RE cash flows, on average, 4-12%, a solid, average small business shouldn't return any less than 30% on the money.

There's plenty more to learn and educate yourself on but bear in mind many, if not all the same benefits that apply to RE, also apply to small business. In fact, if you buy the "building" along with the building then you have a towpher..
