Thanks to this video, i gained a lot more respect for the admiral and limsa as a city-state. Lore videos like these add depth to the world we inhabit in ffxiv! Keep up the good work! Ill be here for when i do Ul'dah for that good immortal flame lore!

It should be noted that at the time when Merlwyb had to kill her sire, tempering as a concept wasn't understood, nevermind well known. So to her and the League's crew, Bloefhis' betrayal was seen as nothing more than just that, a betrayal. Of course, a cure for tempering hadn't been discovered at that point in time, so he would've ended up being executed all the same. At the very least, I suspect that it would've eased the burden to do so, if only a little.

I’m a bit late to this lesson but with Limsa Lominsa being my home State where I started the game as a newbie Hyur midlander female Arcanist. Naturally I joined the Maelstrom when I had to choose my Grand Company.

Now I’m a sturdy lvl 65 Smn, Sch and Whm just about to start Stormblood but for all the time I spend in Gridania, Ul’dah and especially in Ishgard during the events of Heavensward, and no matter how far I go to places unknown beyond Baelsar’s Wall and even perhaps to parallel realities if the odd spoilers I’ve accidentally read are true, Limsa Lominsa will always be my home.
