Years and years of movies made up of countless scenes and lines, and I always appreciate exceptional deliveries. I've also liked this line because of her expression, and how the writer/director also knew many in the audience would immediately think along these lines.

When Clarice tells Lecter that the victim had an object deliberately lodged in her throat, the expression in Lecter's eyes changes (epiphany) as he realizes he now knows exactly who Buffalo Bill is. Maybe Lecter had a hunch beforehand as to BB's identity, maybe not. But the revelation about the moth leaves no doubt. Such good acting.
