Je me rappelle me premiers petit dej en France, au début je étonné, c’est était très petit le dej, au Mexique le petit dej c est pas petit, toute est frais et natural, mais le pain en France c’est super ! I like both types of breakfast. Depends on what I'm in the mood for but these types of breakfasts are usually reserved for holidays and weekends. My normal breakfast is either a bowl of of cereal or tea and toast.

Mostly, Americans don't eat breakfast, but when they do, they aren't that big. This is mostly a dinner thing to have that much, but yeah, most American breakfasts do consist of proteins and carbs to fuel the body to work a 12 hour shift at a low paying job.

As an American, I know very few people who eat this kind of breakfast regularly. This is a weekend or special occasion breakfast. We normally eat nothing, cold cereal, toast, or a muffin.

It’s true !!! And everytime I go to another country, people just know that I’m French because of how I took my breakfast and what I eat. People are like : you are so French !!!! I’m telling you I really don’t know how Americans can eat all these stuff in the morning, I’ll not be able to go on with my work schedule if I eat this much on morning… but maybe they are right about it, at least they can eliminate all of this food during the day and eat less at night before they sleep.

Probably like 90% of breakfasts in the US are sweet. Also most breakfasts aren't that big. A lot of people don't eat breakfast most days, other people just have like coffee, other people eat something light like cereal, fruit, or toast. Big breakfasts are really only for the weekend or a special occasion.

I have the taste of America but the culture of France 😂 I like having scrambled eggs on toast and fruit for breakfast, but I take my time and enjoy every bite :)
