Oolong calling Goku an alien is my favorite bit of foreshadowing; the most nonchalant, pretty much a pass off joke, actually coming true in the most groundbreaking reveal for the series a hundred chapters later, who woulda thunk?

Even though Toriyama didn’t plan any of it, I still think this all shows writing talent on his part because this all makes me think that he decided to go back to something he wrote and was like “You know what, maybe I could make something out of this?”

Don't forget Bulma wishing to marry a prince. I don't know if that was an addition made by the dub or not, but it stands tall to me as a funny bit of dialogue in the first arc of the series. Bulma literally got her wish.

You Also Forgot that during the red ribbon army saga, when goku was fighting major matallatron. Major was scanning goku and we see that it says, "Look Aliens". Insane Foreshadowing 🗿

You missed the fact that, in the anime, when kid Goku is fighting that metal man in the red ribbon tower and we see his POV, it briefly shows Goku being recognized as an alien lifeform

it's funny how a lot of the ideas in Dragon Ball are already present in Dr Slump so it's not crazy to think Toriyama put the gags there fully aware he could go in that direction in the future
