Fun fact. If you go to that location in online you can go in the basement and see the bloody body parts and loot a lock box with a gun in it.

Correction: the Sheriff do give you money, it's 20$. I remember it because i was watching my friend solve this mystery with the three clues he gave. My friend was able to capture him and bring him to the police. Like in the video, you can shoot the psychopath before the Sheriff do it himself. He gave my friend 20$ and me and my friend were dissapointed. My friend said "wtf? all of that finding for a dangerous individual only give me 20$?"
