Oh it's him, the first time i found him i randomly found that spot without collecting map pieces. Dude is on some next level serial killer type shit. Kudos to rockstar for making amazing open world games. I found a dead family in a cabin, along with it was a corpse of a child like 9 or 10 dead next to his rocking horse, Still the most chilling discovery I've found in this game.

I have all pieces of the map and I’m at the cabin, but when I go to the doors nothing happens. What do I do?

So I went past the 3rd kill spot on purpose the odriscolls were holding up a stage coach nearby. I saw the point and then while jumping across the river my horse decided to eat it and I died. I respond and went to check the spot. No body no head just blood. I checked my inventory I didn't get a map clue
