Has Audi fixed their TIMING CHAIN PROBLEM AS WELL?.
I have a 2011 Q5 and love how it drives, but it was under a FACTORY RECALL when I bought it that I wasn't aware of, and the dealer was too shady to inform me of the recall. I have since experienced the problem for which the recall was issued in the first place and it's very expensive to repair.
Can I sue the dealer?

Owned a Q5 years ago and loved it.
Now own a 2022 RDX Advance and it’s amazing. Both cars are great but the Audi tappets made such a racket, which was considered “normal.” Metal on metal sound. Open the hood and listen before you buy. A damaged tire costs $500 to replace. Only Audi can get the matched tire.
