As a former Christian and revert to Islam, the idea of Hadith collections such as Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, etc always reminded me of what Paul did to Christianity. Alhamdulillah the Qur'an is sufficient for me and inspired me to come to Islam. Only later I heard of these hadith books.

As a former Hadith-rejector myself, I just want to point out the argument Hadith-rejectors use with ayats you quoted. May Allah forgive me for my ignorance but I, like other Hadith-rejectors, used to respond to the "follow the messenger" ayats with "well, it was only meant for Muslims who lived during prophet's time". Then one day it hit me: Quran is for all times so there MUST be a reason why so many ayats in Quran keep repeating the command to follow the messenger without clarifying that they were only meant for the generation that lived with the Prophet(PBUH). Allah would've simply added "while he is among you" with each such ayat so that it doesn't become an issue in future, but that is just not the case. Not a single ayat says to follow the messenger while he is among you. I had no choice but to stop being a Quranist after coming to that realization.

To obey Allah is to Obey Mohamed (pbuh) to obey Mohamed one must obey the rules and guidance in the Quran. Thats it! really simple. No need for hadith the Prohet was given only the Quran from Allah for guidance.

Even if we acknowledge that the Quran is incomplete, or too short and vague to serve as an exclusive foundation for Islam, and thus have to be supplemented by other sources for the religion to be complete, the Hadith are nothing more than collections of popular gossips, compiled and published centuries after the Quran, by random individuals, who claimed posession of extra-canonical revelations, without approval from Muhammad, or even his companions, most likely for political reasons.

It's a message he cannot add or substract. It's a message he cannot change. It's a message we are responsible of, and what we are going to be questioned about.
This is so obvious for those who read Quran regularly, but I'm surprised how oblivious Daniel is.

If the prophet upon him be peace and blessings was here today with us.
Would he say after my death years later a man named Bukhari will come and write down all the authentic Hadith’s I want everyone who in Islam to follow this man-made written book (which has so many words opposing the Quran) and Hadith books will be the FULL ISLAM with the QURAN.
Would he ever say this ?

Miqdam bin Ma'dikarib Al-Kindi narrated that:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Soon there will come a time that a man will be reclining on his pillow, and when one of my Ahadith is narrated he will say: 'The Book of Allah is (sufficient) between us and you. Whatever it states is permissible, we will take as permissible, and whatever it states is forbidden, we will take as forbidden.' Verily, whatever the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) has forbidden is like that which Allah has forbidden."
