Indian women are some of the most beautiful, jaw dropping women I've ever seen!! Large dark eyes, long dark silky hair, deep rich complexions like you seriously can't beat that.

As an indian here are a few more tips:
- everything is related to your gut health. Focus on your gut health to treat all health issues
- And indian herbs like ashwagandha can be a game changer for you
- worship your femininity. We have regular fasts where we celebrate our feminine power and that our body is a vessel of great spiritual energy
- engage yourself in creative hobbies. Both my grandmas have passed down amazing handcrafting skills like crochet, embroidery
- find your colour and understand if silver suits you more or gold

the way you portrayed the fair skin stereotype and also gave its cause made me so happy as someone who went through a lot because of this. Indians are now starting to embody our natural skin tones and dropping the fairness creams, hopefully we will see more of this acceptance in future <3

I had the opportunity to go to India and I visited New Delhi, Jaipur, Kochi, and another place I cannot remember...SO beautiful. I am a black woman, and it was not a bad experience. Everybody was so kind. I am not sure they see too many black women. People wanted to take pictures with me. Beautiful. I love indian culture and their food.

Worshipping the Divine Feminine is a game changer. As a non Indian Hindu woman when I consciously started worshipping the Goddess I have accepted my femininity, sexuality and individuality fully despite of the foreign idea of femininity that was forced upon us. Strength, independence & power are actually considered feminine qualities in Hinduism, unlike what those alpha male podcasters are trying to feed us.

Indian women have the most beautiful hair on the planet! I find the combination of deep, dark complexion and natural, straight or wavy hair mesmerizing! 🧡💚

16:30 we usually call Khol as "Kajal". And we make it at home naturally, & use it in different forms. Actually its my first time hearing word khol.
We use kajal since birth, if u ever see an Indian baby be it rich or poor, they all are covered with kajal. I've never used any artificial kajal till today. It has ayurvedic significance, but make your look beautiful & majestic too.
There's a saying, kajal protects you from evil eyes, hence its more relevant throughout ages

Thank you for this. I was adopted & raised in the USA. Last year I just learned & incorporated hair oiling & turmeric kojic soap! It’s cool to know, even though I was not raised in India, I intuitively follow a similar lifestyle (exercise, food etc)

thank you for this video! I have always never seen this type of representation of Indian woman- a positive one that is. it has somewhat healed the younger me. (I say this in reference towards the western beauty standards) again thank you 🙏🏾

Curd is not made with acidic anything. Indian Curd is simply yogurt. It's made by people at home by saving a little bit of culture and making a weekly batch or even daily. There is no sweetener added in Indian curd, aka dahi.
