I love how you guys discuss the science so thoroughly instead of just throwing products at us without any information, thank you!

i was prescribed retin-a when i was 15/16 because my acne was so bad so don’t completely dismiss it for people under 20! it was a life saver for me

Y’all make sure you’re eating foods high in vitamin A as well! This includes bell peppers (all kinds of peppers really...) and carrots, (like they said already!) Consuming proper vitamins and minerals is just as important as topical skin care ☺️♥️ Peace babes! ☮️

You didn’t mention that if you’re pregnant or nursing to NOT use retinol. I didn’t know that until I started researching skin care treatments when I had horrible hormonal acne during my pregnancy

I have found that foundation makes me more insecure. By the evening I can have flaky/splotchy skin caused by my rosacea. So this channel is a goldmine for me!!!! Love you guys ❤️❤️❤️

I sit and wait patiently for new videos. Love you guys, you've already taught me so much and my skin is so grateful. Do you guys plan on making a video about diet and how food affects your skin??

My skin has improved so much since I started to actually educate myself on ingredients. My next step is introducing retinoids. My skin used to purge so much with all the actives but now my skin has calmed down and seems to like the active ingredients and new moisturiser :)

I've been using Vaseline my whole life. Now I'm 29 with dry spots on my face and fine lines under my eyes. I'm ready to look youthful again.

For all those who have asked in the yes you can use a toner before retinol. However, most skins will tolerate a non acidic toner best. Yes you can follow it with serum, moisturizer or oil, especially if you have sensitized skin. The regime should be to cleanse skin thoroughly, pat skin completely dry, non acidic toner ONLY IF YOU NEED IT, layer of RETINOL, then a serum or oil IF YOU NEED IT.. which you will only if your skin is naturally dry, sensitive/irritated, or dehydrated. Mild cleanser [milk, balm, cream types] in the morning. ...follow with your serums, and moisturizer, and FINISH always with sun screen if it is not in a HIGH spf in your moisturizer.

Hiii I really love this channel for beauty info. It’s very professional and concisely explained. However, as an optometrist, I just want to mention that vitamin A in carrot doesn’t help eye sight directly. The vitamins A that the eye need is actually internal converted. Thus the carrot we eat need to be broken down to basics molecule before it get rebuilt back in the eyes. The main vitamins needed for macula is lutein. I think it’s great you guys doing these video but please don’t confuse the public even more, as we have already been taught the wrong info for decades if not centuries.

I have been waiting for this ❤️❤️ been using the ordinary granactive retinoid 5% in squalene and it worked miracles on my active acne.

I am 29 years old and I started using ROC about 1 month ago. I mix it with my moisturizer and use it like Felicia recommended (two nights on, followed by two nights off). After just a week of usage, I found so much difference in my skin (so much brighter, glowy and looks oh so healthy). Best part? I don't break out as bad as I used to due to hormones before my menstrual cycle! I just can't stop raving about it!!! 😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️

I've been doing 'research' to retinol and how to use it for a few months now and this is the greatest video that I came across^^ I feel ready to start using it now. Oh, and something completely off topic: Felicia, you've got a very cute smile 🤭💖

Can you please do a review on Amazon skin care products? Trueskin serums etc.

I love the night time retinol from Paula's choice. I always used to get over sensitised by the ordinary's and dry, but this one is amazing and when nothing else helps my acne or dark spots, I see tiny differences after using this every single day which is incredible.
