Companies are getting way to involved in employees' lives and trying to shape their personal beliefs. It is weird and people are sick of it. If a meeting doesn't directly have to do with the work that needs to be done, it will have negative impacts. Most people want to show up, do the work they signed up for, go home, and get paid they don't want coprate culture meetings or whatever ideology is popular amongst executives. Leaving corporate America has to be one of the most popular dreams.

CEO of YouTube resigned for the reasons she gave. She was battling cancer and sadly passed away this month. This is the same year her son passed away earlier in February. I found out from John Green's post mentioning her charity work which she did without publicizing about it. The public wouldn't have known because her battle with cancer became public after her passing at 56 years old (ten days after this short was published.)

-stop toxic management.

-listen to workers and stop treating them like garbage

-work their jobs and see what it’s like in the trenches

-reward the hard workers and ensure pay is equal among labor

-stop setting unrealistic expectations

Nah most people are quitting their jobs before their company makes them redundant and then replace them with cheaper labour.

Main reason I think is that work doesn’t pay a livable wage anymore. People are jus «mehh, what do I have to lose » if you have nothing to lose you’re not loyal
