i NEVER. Had any interes in planting.
UNTIL i saw him!.
I am now PLANTING GROWING & EATING!
i have onions, & garlic galore!!. I have a celery that just started growing!! I am GERMINATING lemon seeds ( because i now know how!!)
I have tomatoes. Potatoes and bought a pineapple last nite!. The only problem i have is i have bought two bags now of oranges ..to get seeds...BUT...they are seedless! So my search for orange seeds continue!!
My 4 yr old grandson loves to help grandma!

When planting and growing Kiwis, keep in mind that in order for kiwi to grow fruit, they need to be pollinated. They aren't self pollinated, which I learned the hard way. Some self pollinated fruits are pears, and tomatoes. (Thats all I can think of right now)
Kiwis would also need to be reproduced using male and female fruits (I know, its weird.)
It also depends on what environment you live in.
I'm not an expert at plants but its good to make sure you do your research before waiting for something to happen!
