I keep having to edit fencing, the chickens keep escaping. What’s next?
We have repurposed a dog run to increase the chicken run area. Surrounding the other sides are regular chicken wire and our wood fence. They have gotten very good at getting out and over any fencing we use, when they want.
Trimming feathers will probably be our next step. Silly Chickens.

Lol thats so funny I can so relate! I suggest clipping the feathers off its wing. Just the first half. That would limit them to 3'. Then your fence would do its purpose.

FIRST day I had my chickens one got out of the coop and flew atop my 6’ fence. I was beyond stressed.
